Merry -late- Christmas! I love Christmas. Not just because of the presents, but it reminds me that there are good people in this world. Really good people :3

I want to thank everyone who has been kind to me over the years and let you guys know that I really appreciate it.

Anyways, enough of the cheesy stuff.

I'm going to make a new account. Now, some of you may be thinking "Skem, that's pointless. The one you have now is just fine." Which is kind of true, but I just kind of want to start over. Plus, I have a lot of old stuff on here that's kind of not really that good and that I would very much like to leave behind.

So, in my next journal I will probably say that I have moved.

I'm running out of things to say, so I'll just wish everyone a happy new year.

Okie, I have not posted in a while, obviously. And between that time, A LOT has happened. Like Halloween and school drama and THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.

First, I'll start with Halloween;
I'm not really sure what I was. For our church activity, I was dressed up as a cat with a pink feather boa as a tail, and then on Halloween, I just wore a pair of black wings and called it good c: I did not go trick or treating this year, instead I went to a party til twelve. It was hosted by my best guy friend, Rhett (his picture is somewhere in my gallery) and it was pretty awesome. I made a new friend whose name is Cara and that rhymes with Sarah (my name) so we had lots of good fun. One of my other friends had dressed up as a hobo, and he nailed it. He had a wig and a fat jacket and everything.
After we played capture the flag out over in this hug grassy pit, we went back to Rhett's house and watched "The Ring." Oh lord, I've never been so scared in my life. I really don't like scary movies. So, after we had watched the movie, it was about 10:45 or so, Rhett's sister's boyfriend's friend comes down and tells us a scary story. It was about how he was on his LDS mission and one night there was a knock on his door. He answered it and there was a little girl.
So I was picturing the dead girl that comes out of the well on "The Ring" because that's how he described her.
So at the end, he had found out that the girl had died seven years ago over by the corn field that they lived next to. So that night when the girl knocked on his door he asked her if she was dead.
Okay, so we all believed him and we were all freaked out at this point, so right after he said he had asked the girl if she was dead, he stood up and screamed at the top of his lungs, and we all freaked out.
It was not funny.
That was my exciting Halloween c:

Okay, now, school drama;
One of my (no longer) friends and I had a fight. We are no longer friends, hence the 'no longer' but she's been dragging this stupid fight for weeks now. Like, close to a month. I'm so sick of her and her attitude. I have to sit with her in English and I want to shoot her in the head. Now, I made a mistake, I apologized, and I didn't expect everything to go back to normal. I haven't said anything mean to her AT ALL. It takes two to fight. She made some mistakes too. But she wants to drag this out because she likes being angry at me.
I don't exactly really care any other time then English, because she makes faces and stuff. But I'm learning to cope. It's her problem anyways. She's not going to drag me down with her.
Not being friends with this certain person has actually been a positive thing in my life. I feel much better about myself because I don't have to hang around her and her friends who make me feel like crap. So yay c:

OKAY, last but not least, the PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS;
I was not happy this year. Not at all. I was going for McCain and Palin. They didn't win, but that's not really why I'm not happy.
I'm not happy because of how people judge you on who you want for president. Just because I didn't want Obama for president does NOT make me racist. AT ALL. But people will think that. I'm not saying everyone does, but people will think that. I just agree more with McCain then I do Obama.
But it doesn't really stop there, a person I know said that McCain is all for war, which is so not true. She said that she wants Obama for president so people can stop loosing their lives for no reason, but if they were out there for no reason, then they wouldn't be loosing their lives.
Something that made me laugh was when Obama had won and he stood up to the podium and said how we might not have change in a year. Or even in his first term.
Ah, looks like these next four years are going to be very interesting.
Now, don't get me wrong, Obama is a good guy, but I'm not sure if he will make the best president.

Okay, that's all for now. Hopefully I will be posting some more art (I did this huge thing for a contest but I couldn't turn it in because it was past the deadline. So that was sad ) I'm improving, and it's pretty cool. I'm not sure if it's exactly NOTICEABLE, but I can tell.

I judge quickly, I must confess. Well, sometimes. Usually.

I think it's like a human instinct. But I don't know.

It's weird, though. I think it's odd how I can miss people I've never seen once in my life. But I do.

I just wanted to see how you guys are. Again, I miss you all to death. I wish there was some other way to keep in good contact, but nothing else seems to work.

I guess I just wanted to say hi. Wondering if any of you miss me too. I might sneak on every once and a while.
